On January 18, 2026, we said our final goodbye to Cooper, the cherished soul who blessed our family for ten unforgettable years.
When we brought him home from the shelter, we never could have imagined just how much joy, laughter, and unconditional love he would bring into our lives. From the very beginning, Cooper seamlessly became a member of our family, his gentle spirit and playful energy brightening even our darkest days.
He never tired of greeting us with pure joy every time we walked through the door, his tail wagging and eyes shining with excitement. Cooper had me completely wrapped around his paw, and I could never resist his playful requests to toss the ball or indulge him with a treat. His enthusiasm and gentle persistence made every day brighter, reminding us how much happiness he brought into our lives.
Cooper’s loyalty and companionship were unmatched—he was always there, tail wagging, ready to offer comfort or join in our everyday adventures. The memories we created together, from walks in the park to quiet moments at home, are treasures we will hold in our hearts forever. His absence has left an immeasurable void, a reminder of just how deeply he touched our lives.
Though Cooper is no longer by our side, his love continues to live on in the stories we share and the warmth we feel when we think of him. He will forever be missed, always remembered, and eternally loved.

“St. Francis, friend of all creatures,
look kindly on Cooper, who has left this world.
Guide him to the peace prepared for all God’s creation.
Stand with me in my grief,
and help me remember that love is never lost,
but returns to the One who made us all.”
